"To see a World in a Grain of Sand
And a Heaven in a Wild Flower
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand
And Eternity in an hour."
- William Blake
I used live by the ocean. For a year I took photos of the beach from the same location. I saw the land, water, and air transform into a series of fleeting moments.
One day, I collected a handful of sand, twigs, and seashells from the beach and took them to a darkroom, made photograms of it.
The debris, from the beach, when printed looked like the constellation, that I could see from a high mountain on a dark clear night.
